Plan Limitations and Overages
Brand, Video, and Team Member Limits
- The limits specified for Brands, Tracked Videos, and Team Members represent the total capacity available under your chosen plan.
- These are not monthly allowances that reset; they are the maximums your account can accommodate on that plan tier.
- If you need to increase your capacity for brands, tracked videos, or team members, you will need to upgrade to a higher-tier plan.
Team Member Seats
- Each team member invited to your account occupies one of the available team member seats according to your plan's total capacity.
- To increase the number of team members you can add, you must upgrade your subscription plan to one that offers a higher team member limit.
Managing Your Subscription
To manage your subscription, including upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations:
- Navigate to your Team Account Settings.
- Go to the Billing page.
- Click on the "Manage Subscription" button. This will typically redirect you to our payment processor's portal (e.g., Stripe) where you can make changes.
Upgrading Your Plan
- Follow the steps above to access the subscription management portal.
- Select the option to change or upgrade your plan.
- Choose your desired new plan.
- Confirm the changes. Upgrades usually take effect immediately, with prorated billing for the remainder of your current cycle.
Downgrading Your Plan
- Follow the steps above to access the subscription management portal.
- Select the option to change or downgrade your plan.
- Choose your desired new plan.
- Confirm the changes. Downgrades typically take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Canceling Your Plan
- Follow the steps above to access the subscription management portal.
- Look for an option to cancel your subscription.
- Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.
- Cancellations typically take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to your plan's features until then.
Billing and Payment
- All plans are billed monthly.
- Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.
- Receipts are automatically emailed after each payment.
