Boost credits are used to increase the visibility of your comments through strategic upvoting:
- 1 boost credit = 1 upvote on a comment
- Credits are consumed only when you choose to boost a comment
- Unused credits roll over to the next month (up to a maximum limit)
- Additional credits can be purchased if needed
Recommended Boost Usage

Plan Limitations and Overages
Video and Comment Limits
- Limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle
- Adding videos or comments beyond your plan limit requires an upgrade
- Unused video or comment allocations do not roll over to the next month
Boost Credits
- Unused boost credits roll over to the next month (maximum 3x monthly allocation)
- Additional boost credits can be purchased at $0.10 per credit
Team Member Seats
- Each team member requires a seat according to your plan
- Additional seats can be purchased at $25/seat/month
Changing Your Plan
Upgrading
You can upgrade your plan at any time:
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Select "Subscription"
- Choose "Upgrade Plan"
- Select your new plan
- Confirm the change
Upgrades take effect immediately, with prorated billing for the remainder of your current cycle.
Downgrading
Plan downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle:

Billing and Payment
- All plans are billed monthly or annually
- Annual subscriptions receive a 15% discount
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
