Your Rumora dashboard is mission control for your AI-powered brand awareness campaigns. This guide explains how to interpret the data and use the insights to optimize your campaigns.
Brand Performance Overview
The main chart on your dashboard shows your reach growth over time across all your brand campaigns. This is the most important metric in Rumora because reach represents how many people have seen your brand mentioned in YouTube comments.
Understanding the Chart
The chart has two viewing modes you can toggle between. Total reach shows your cumulative brand awareness growth over time, while daily reach shows how much new reach you're gaining each day. Most users find the total reach view more useful for understanding overall campaign momentum.
You can click on individual brand buttons below the chart to show or hide specific brand performance lines. This helps you understand which brands are driving the most awareness and which might need optimization or more attention.
Why You Need 3+ Days of Data
When you first start using Rumora, you'll see a message saying "Collecting performance data" instead of the chart. This is normal and expected. Meaningful trend analysis requires at least 3 days of historical data because comment performance can fluctuate significantly in the first 24-48 hours as YouTube's algorithm determines where to position your comments.
Once you have sufficient data, the chart becomes a powerful tool for understanding your campaign momentum, identifying growth periods, and spotting when you might need to add more videos or optimize existing campaigns.
Top Performing Videos
This section shows your most successful videos ranked by total reach and engagement performance. The position column uses color-coded badges to quickly show you how well your comments are performing.
Green badges indicate excellent performance with comments in the top 3 positions. These comments reach 30-50% of video viewers and represent your most successful brand awareness opportunities. Yellow and orange badges show moderate performance that might benefit from boosting, while red badges indicate comments that need attention or replacement.
When you have less than 3 days of data, this section shows "Building insights" while the system analyzes your comment performance to identify patterns and top performers.
Videos Needing Attention
This section automatically identifies videos where your comments could be performing better or where issues need to be addressed. The AI continuously analyzes your entire campaign and flags opportunities for optimization.
Common issues include comments with very low positions on high-traffic videos (missed opportunities), lost comments that have fallen to position 200 (need replacement), and high-traffic videos where your comments could be boosted for better visibility.
Each issue is color-coded by priority, with red issues requiring immediate attention and yellow issues representing moderate optimization opportunities. Clicking on any video takes you directly to its management interface where you can address the specific issue.
Subscription and Usage Information
The bottom section shows your current plan details and resource usage against your plan limits. This helps you understand how much of your subscription you're utilizing and when you might need to consider upgrading.
Resource Tracking
The system tracks three key resources: brands, videos, and team members. Each has a visual progress bar showing your current usage against your plan limit, with color coding to indicate when you're approaching capacity.
Videos are the most important resource to monitor because they directly impact your campaign scale. When you approach your video limit, you can either upgrade your plan or delete stagnated videos to make room for new, higher-performing content.
Understanding Usage Patterns
Healthy usage patterns typically show steady growth in video count as you expand successful campaigns, with occasional decreases when you clean up underperforming content. Brand usage usually remains stable unless you're expanding into new product lines or markets.
Team member usage depends on your collaboration needs and plan capacity. Most small businesses find the Standard plan's 3 team members sufficient, while larger organizations benefit from the expanded collaboration features in higher tiers.
Data Refresh and Accuracy
Your dashboard data updates automatically throughout the day. Comment performance metrics are collected hourly, so you'll see new data appearing regularly without needing to refresh the page.
Reach calculations are based on sophisticated algorithms that analyze comment position and video view growth. The system uses conservative estimation methods to ensure accuracy, so your actual brand awareness impact may be higher than reported.
Performance trends become more reliable as you accumulate more historical data. New campaigns may show some volatility in the first week as the AI learns your brand's optimal strategies and YouTube's algorithm determines your comments' natural positioning.
Use your dashboard as a strategic tool for understanding campaign momentum, identifying optimization opportunities, and making data-driven decisions about campaign expansion and resource allocation.
