Once you've identified relevant videos for your brand, the next step is adding them to your Rumora campaign and managing them effectively. This guide walks you through the process of adding, organizing, and maintaining your video collection.
Adding Videos to Your Brand
After finding relevant videos, follow these steps to add them to your campaign:
From the Video Addition Page
- Navigate to your brand's dashboard
- Click "Add Videos" button
- Choose your preferred method:
- Manual URL entry
- Search interface
- AI suggestions
- Select the videos you want to add
- Click "Add Selected Videos" to import them
From the Videos Tab
You can also manage your videos collection from the Videos tab:
- Go to your brand's dashboard
- Click on the "Videos" tab
- Use the "Add Videos" button at the top of the page
- Follow the same process as above

Organizing Your Videos

Using Tags
Add tags to categorize your videos:
- Select a video or multiple videos
- Click "Add Tags"

- Use tags to filter your collection later
Custom Categories
Create custom categories for your videos:
- Go to settings in the Videos tab
- Click "Manage Categories"
- Create categories relevant to your strategy
- Assign videos to these categories
Priority Marking
Mark high-priority videos:
- Select a video
- Click "Set Priority"
- Choose from High, Medium, or Low
- Use priority for focused campaign management
Video Status Management
Track the status of each video in your campaign:
Status Types
- Pending: Videos added but not yet processed
- Active: Videos ready for comment generation
- Commented: Videos with posted comments
- Paused: Videos temporarily excluded from campaign
- Archived: Videos no longer active but preserved for reference
Changing Video Status
- Select one or more videos
- Click "Change Status"
- Choose the appropriate status
- Add a note for reference (optional)
Generating Comments for Videos
Once videos are added to your campaign, you can generate comments:
- Select a video from your list
- Click "Generate Comments"
- The system will create 5 natural-sounding comments
- Review and edit the generated comments
- Select which comments to post

- Comment Position: Where your comments rank in each video
- View Count: How many views the video has received
- Engagement Rate: Interaction with your comments

- Go to the Videos tab in your brand dashboard
- View the performance metrics for each video
- Click on a video to see detailed analytics

Managing Video Issues

Video Removal
Remove videos from your campaign:
- Select the video(s) you want to remove
- Click "Remove from Campaign"
- Confirm your choice
- The video will be archived for reference
Comment Issues
If a video has comment issues:
- Click on the video to view its details
- Go to the Comments tab
- View any error messages or issues
- Take appropriate action (regenerate comments, boost existing ones, etc.)
Content Changes

- If a video's content has changed significantly
- Mark it for review in the system

- Update comments if needed to match new content
